Document Description
The project applicant, Pinnacle Residential, is proposing the development of 7 single family residences on a 2.53 acre property that is currently undeveloped. The city general plan land use map currently designates the property as residential low density, which allows for single family residences of up to 8 dwelling units per acre. Zoning on the property is one family dwelling with a design overlay. The proposed project complies with the existing GP and Z requirements for the property. The residences would be 2-stories with a 2-car garage, 4 bedrooms, and private open space. The project would provide a privately-maintained roadway with parking for 18 vehicles.
