Caltrans proposes a combination of the following transportation system management components: Extension of the existing southbound truck lane near Spyglass Dr. Reconstruction of the southbound inside shoulder to serve as a Left Shoulder Part-Time Travel Lane (part-time travel lane during peak periods).
