The project consists of adoption of a master recycling permit for the US Marines Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Southern Regional Tertiary Treatment Plant, San Diego County. The Master Recycling Permit prescribes requirements for the discharge of tertiary treated recycled water from the SRTTP. The SRTTP Master Recycling Permit is being reissued and adds two new discharge locations.
