DWR plans to apply the aquatic herbicides to these water bodies under the statewide general National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit, Water Quality Order No. 2013-0002-DWQ. Additionally, DWR will request a discharge prohibition exemption from the Lahontan RWQCB prior to implementation of this project.
