Document Description
The applicant requests that a modified CUP be granted to authorize the replacement, upgrade and redesign of an existing wireless communication facility. The antenna structure for the existing permitted facility is designed as a cross. This cross and the associated equipment area are located on the southeastern slope of a hill near the center of the subject parcels. The proposed redesigned facility would include a 34-ft high antenna structure designed as a faux pine tree. The proposed mono-pine will be located about 9-ft west of the existing cross structure within a 225 sf lease area adjacent to an existing covered seating area. The existing approx 314 sf accessory equipment enclosure, will continue to be used and will not be enlarged. This enclosure is located adjacent to the antenna structure and is comprised of a concrete masonry retaining wall that supports a perimeter chain link fence.
