Document Description
Construct a grade separation structure at the existing Rice Ave and Fifth Street intersection in order to eliminate an existing at-grade railroad crossing. The northern portion of the project is in the City of Oxnard and the southern portion is in Ventura County. The Rice Avenue would be constructed over Fifth St., and the Union Pacific Railroad tracks.
