The proposed project will include the following improvements to I St and Owens Ave: installation of new 6", 8", and 10" water mains, installation of new water service lines from new main to existing meter boxes, replacement of sanitary sewer line on I St with new 8" line, installation of new sanitary sewer manholes at 350 ft spacing, installation of new storm drain lines, installation of ADA compliant sidewalk curb ramps as needed, rehabilitation of existing AC pavement using Full Depth Reclamation method, and other related improvements.
