Document Description
The proposed project includes the redevelopment of the existing concession stand and cafe on the project site with three buildings ( a concession stand/care building, a restroom and storage building, and a recreational equipment building). Additional project components include an outdoor recreational area improvements to the existing parking lot, and the addition of a bike lane would reposition a sharp curve in the existing alignment. The project would be aligned with the existing pedestrian and bicycle paths east of the site.
