Document Description
Prologis plans to construct the proposed project on an approx 10-ac site on the north side of Pacific Coast Hwy, also known as SR 1, between Cota Ave and Hayes Ave in the city of Long Beach. The proposed project would include approx 205,060 sf of warehousing land use, including approx 20,000 sf of office space. The proposed project is intended to meet growing demand for warehouse space in West Long Beach. Up to 50% of the project's warehouse space could be refrigerated.
