The proposed First Perry Logistics Project consists of construction of an approx 241,000 sf warehouse including approx 7,145 sf of office space. The project site is located within the boundaries of the Perris Valley Commerce Center Specific Plan. The project site has a city of Perris General Plan LUD and zoning designation of PVCCSP. The project will provide approx 153 automobile parking stalls, approx 6 American Disabilities Act-compliant handicapped parking stalls, and approx 42 trailer parking stalls for a total of 201 stalls. The warehouse building will feature approx 61,855 sf of onsite landscaping as well as onsite stormwater detention basins and best management practices facilities for stormwater quality treatment. The project will include employee break areas, as required, and a half basketball court amenity for employee use.
