Document Description
Project proposes to expand the existing Kaiser Los Angeles Specialty Medical Center campus in two phases. The first phase would include the development of a three-story, 100,000 sq. ft. specialty medical center, a 6-level above ground parking garage with 2 levels of subterranean parking and an expansion to the on-grade surface parking lot. The second phase would include the expansion of the existing Building A, the demolition of Buildings B and C, and the construction of a new 3-story, 92,800 sq. ft., 62 inpatient bed mental health facility, and the expansion of the Phase I parking structure. Upon completion a total of 239,867 sq. ft. of medical facilities (incl. 130 inpatient beds) with 760 parking spaces would be included.
