Document Description
The proposed project is composed of two sites: the East Site, located at 13200 West Mindanao Way, and the West Site, located at 4560 South Lincoln Blvd. The two sites are separated by West Mindanao Way. Each site would require clearing, grading, paving, and modification of an existing soft-sided, soft-bottomed open storm drain channel. In addition, each site would install a flow-through planter that would filter runoff before existing the site. Each site would be landscaped with native vegetation. Construction equipment would include: a small grader to be used during the grading phase; a back hoe to be used for the installation of the storm drain/channel; and a dump truck to be used for the entirety of construction. Construction for each site is expected to last approx six months.
