Document Description
The project proposal is demolition of an existing dilapidated 2,852 sf single-story structure and rebuild of a 2,985 sf two-story single family dwelling with an attached 583 sf garage, and permeable surface circular driveway; conversion of a previously constructed test well to a production well; development within 750 ft from a known archaeological site; development within 100 ft of ESHA. The proposed project also includes underground water storage, propane gas tank, and power extension; relocation of a power pole; in-ground hot tub; planted roofs, and solar array.
