- Document Description
- Pursuant to Los Angeles Municipal Code Sections 12.32 and 11.5.6, a city-initiated ordinance to correct the zoning and a GPA to correct the LUD for private properties located at 2093-2121 E. Charlotte St. and 1201-1219 N. Cornwell St. that were incorrectly zoned PF-1 during the 1999 Northeast LA Community Plan Revision. The proposed action includes changing the general plan land use designation from PF to MR, and changing the zone from PF-1 to R3-1, consistent with the current use of the subject area and surrounding residential uses; the existing height district 1 will remain the same. The proposed zone change and GPA does not include the demolition, remodel, construction, or alteration of existing structures. This action is viewed as a correction by the city that will make the zoning and LUD consistent with the current residential use of the subject.
