Document Description
The 18.94 acre project consists of mass grading to allow for the construction of a paved driveway and gravel parking lot for big rig trailer storage, including public improvements along the east shoulder of North Antelope Road at the driveway entrance. Public improvements include building a curb, gutter and storm drainage system, creating a pedestrian sidewalk, and widening the entrance driveway from North Antelope Road to the lot. The project also includes the installation of fire hydrants along the road and the construction of sewer and water services.
