CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0271-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code tot eh project Applicant, the Scott Cook and Signe Otsby Trust.
Project is limited to widening an existing railcar bridge over Pomponio Creek. New abutments will be installed above the base flood elevation, and a 9 x 89' railcar bridge will be place on top. Earthwork is limited to 45 cubic yards of disturbance, and no in-water work will be conducted.
