The project involves one encroachment with seasonal placement and removal of a single screened agricultural pump intake at the Point of Diversion (POD) with removal of Himalayan blackberry bushes along about 100 linear feet of the Russian River Flood Control and Water Conservation Improvement District. The Permitter will divert up to 10 acre-feet of water per annum using appropriate fish screening

The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probably future projects.
