The Project includes the annexation of the 35.2 acres into the District's jurisdictional boundaries. The parcel meet the current density allowed by City of Bakersfield zoning and is within the sphere of influence of the District. Two residential dwelling exist on the site. No new or expanded development is proposed. If future developed is proposed, additional environmental review may be necessary.
