Document Description
The Julian Community Services District owns, operates and maintains water wells, a treatment plant, and a water distribution system for the community of Julian, California. The project will be conducted by the Urban Corps Fire Fuel Reduction Project and consists of the cutting and removal of dead natural foliage for the purpose of reducing the natural fuel available in the event of a wildfire. The beneficiaries of the Project are the water consumer of the District as well as neighboring properties.
