Per Lead Agency on 9/25/2017, new title changed FROM: Wastewater Treatment Facility Blowers Replacement; TO: Energy Upgrades - City of El Centro Wastewater.
The poposed proejct replaces two air blowers with two new air blowers with two new air blowers in the same location. Like the existing blowers, the new air blowers will supply air to the wastewater treatment facility's aeration basins. The beneficiaries of the project are all residents and businesses within the City.
