Document Description
This Plan, adopted by the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District, demonstrated attainment of the 2008 federal standard for ozone of 75 parts per billion by 2024. There are no new local or regional VOC or NOx control measures proposed for adoption in this Plan. The Plan uses a 2012 base year, provides an emissions inventory forecasts for VOC and NOx, and describes photochemical modeling results. Establishes motor vehicle emissions budgets (for 2018, 2021, 2024), and demonstrates Reasonable Further Progress.
