Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has excecuted Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0179-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to County of Santa Cruz.
The embankment below the northbound lane of Prescott Road, at post mile marker 0.35, failed during storm events in March of 2011. The failed embankment is located along Prescott Road within the riparian corridor of Bates Creek and approximatey 40 feet from the tope-of-slope.
