Document Description
The project funds operations, trail maintenance, and soil monitoring within the California portions of the Bridgeport and Crason Ranger Districts. Operations activities include signing designated routes, installing and maintaining informational kiosks, additional OHV patrols, and cleaning and maintaining restrooms. Trail maintenance activities include removing brush, branches, loose rocks, and downed logs in the route corridor; installing repairing, and maintaining signage, barriers, and erosion control structures; purchasing and installing gates for areas with seasonal closures; and purchasing materials to maintain informational kiosks. The project also includes annual soil monitoring.
