Document Description
The need for the proposed project is to increase the visibility of existing bike lanes to drivers. The purpose of the proposed project would be to improve bike safety in the City of Visalia along State Route 63 at the two locations. At the southbound bike lane, green methyl methacrylate (MMA) coating will be applied in a solid pattern and at the northbound bike lane, green MMA coating will be applied in a hatched pattern.
