Document Description
The State water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The Orange grove RV Park will drill a 100 gallon per minute, ~720 foot deep well. Well 2, and install a 25 horsepower pump. A 1,980 foot, 4 inch pipeline from the well to the existing system will also be installed for water distribution. A 2-inch diameter, 20 foot pipeline will be installed from the well for discharge. A 50 gallon chlorine tank and 2 horsepower chlorine pump will be placed near the well. A ¼ inch diameter, 12 foot long chlorine line will be connected from the tank to a newly installed injection quill. The injection quill will be located within the 1,980 foot pipeline near the well, to provide chlorination to the water. The water will be blended with other source water to meet water quality standards before being distributed to the public. The project will provide for the operation of the facilities.

Reasons for Exemption
The well, pumps, chlorination tank, and injection quill consist of construction of limited numbers of new small structures. The 1,980 foot, 4-inch pipeline, 2 inch 20-foot discharge line, and 1/4 inch, 12-foot chlorin line consists of water mains and other utility extensions of reasonable length to serve such constructions, the CDFW environmental review filing fees do not apply.
