Project proposes the installation of cable anchors and cable mesh to stabilize an overhanging rock mass that has the potential to break free and roll down the slope and impact State Route 121. this rock mass is located within a 40-foot high cliff at the top of a ridge west of State Route 121, approximately 450 feet above roadway.
