The California Department of Fish and Wildlife have executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0330-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to East Bay Municipal Utility District as represented by John Hurlburt. The project is limited to the following activities: Removal of in-channel materials that constitute a beaver dam to restore drainage capacity and prevent backwatering of a road crossing.
