Document Description
The Project consists of open cutting an approximately 4-foot-wide and 7-foot-deep trench for placement of 3.1 miles of new pipe and backfilling with the excavated material. The new pipe will be installed approximately 8 feet from the existing pipe. Where open cut trenching is not feasible, the pipe will be installed with a bore under I-580, Grant Line Road, and Mountain House Creek. CDFW has issued the ITP (No. 2081-2017-010-03) in the present case as a lead agency for purposes of CEQA. (ld., Sec. 21067)/
