Document Description
The project is limited to one encroachment to remove approximately 220 cubic yards of concrete and other debris placed on and in the bed, bank, and channel of the Van Duzen River and that was the subject of a May 25, 2017 Notice of Violation issued by CDFW. All concrete and other debris in the area identified as part of the violation will be removed using a hydraulic excavator with thumb operated from the top of bank. All removed debris will be moved outside the riparian zone and disposed of according to State and local laws and ordinances, or stored in a stable upland area at least 150 feet away from the high water mark of Waters of the State.
