Document Description
The project would install 10 landslide monitors (7 inclinometers and 3 piezometers) west of Castaic Lake. Pacific Pipeline currently has an easement for the oil pipeline, but the monitors would be located outside of the current easement area. A new easement would be needed for the monitor area. A Right-of-Entry Permit will be prepared to permit access and installation prior to the completion of the new easement.
