The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed a Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0160-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Allen Dubois.
The project is limited to the repair and replacement of ten existing culverts within the King Fire emergency timber salvage area that have been adversely by winter storm events following the fire.
