Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed a Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0149-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the South Yuba Citizens League. The restoration project in Loney Meadows consists of 1) removing a 35 ft. wide by 1ft. deep diversion levee, 2) stabilizing channel incision with 2500 cubic yards of fine sediment (soil/dirt/sand/mud) to fill the 0.81 miles of channel, 3: relocating and stabilizing 520 feet of the trail, and 4) replacing a trail bridge and decommissioning 250 feet of abandoned road.
