Document Description
" Remove and dispose of existing shakes, flashing, and underlayment;
" Install 1'x6' roof deck, ½" CDX plywood and VersaShield Class A fire resistant roof deck protection;
" Install 544 sq. feet of new 26 gauge Image 11 16" metal Roof package with ridge cap, hip cap, rake trim, valley flashing, sidewall flashing, gas and pipe vent jacks, and snow splitters.
" Attach the new roofing with wood screws and combination metal/neoprene washers.
" Seal all lap joints and end lap flashings with urethane sealant; and
" Apply double bead butyl tape sealant under ridge/hip and end panels
