Document Description
The California of Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0151-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Denise Rose.
The project is limited to the removal of an existing damaged culvert and installation of a two new culverts. The damaged culvert will be removed using a backhoe and John Deere excavator. The two new 60" diameter, 40 foot long culvert pipes will be installed in the trench where the old culvert pipes were removed. Rock slope protection with a concrete cap will be placed at the inlet and outlet of the pipes. The trench will be backfilled and the road over the culvert will be re-paved. It flow is present when work is to take place, a small retention pond will be created using plastic sheeting to prevent mud or other contaminants from entering the stream. The project is expected to temporarily impact approximately 50 square feet of blackberry bushes.
