The California of Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0159-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ross Blackburn/Greenpoint Homes, LLC.
The Project is associated with the construction of a single family home in addition to a previously existing residential home located at 752 St. Mary's Road in Lafayette. The project is limited to the construction of a storm drain pipe and associated outfall structure on the stream bank of Las Trampas Creek.
