Document Description
The Mountainside project is a 16-unit townhome development. Two of the units are freestanding units and 14 units are located in seven duplex buildings. All units are three stories, with approximately 2,000 square feet of habitable area with three bedrooms and a two-car garage. A driveway off Rainbow Lane provides vehicular access to the development. A pedestrian path is proposed to connect the west side of the project to Rainbow Lane, providing access to Canyon Lodge. The Mountainside Amendment includes an Adjustment to reduce the western side yard setback by two feet, a Design Review Amendment to remove several of the side pop-outs, and a new Tentative Tract Map.
