Document Description
The project will replace the Patton State Hospital EB Building PVC roof that is deteriorating to a point where it needs to be replaced before the building and equipment are damaged due to a leaking roof. Work will remove approximately 65,000 square feet of the old roof, on all building sections, down to existing concrete substrate and be replaced with a new PVC roofing system. All the meal flashing, gutters, down spouts, exhaust fan units and HVAC units will either be replaced or reinstalled depending on condition.
