Document Description
The purpose of this Project is to repair and stabilize a bank on a single-family residential property where a landslide occurred in February 2017. The Project is limited to the following activities: removal of an existing bridge and associated concrete abutment; the construction of a buttress fill and key way with an associated outlet pipe; removal of fencing; and the installation and removal of a temporary access road. In total, an area of 8,500 square feet will be temporarily disturbed during project activities, with an additional 1,600 square feet temporarily disturbed on the upper portion of the Project site for construction access.
