Document Description
Caltrans proposes a pavement rehabilitation project at the Bethel Avenue southbound on-ramp on State Route 99, near Kingsburg. Construction work would remove Asphalt Concrete roadway pavement, and repave with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA Type A). All work will be done within the Caltrans right of way.
