The proposed improvements would be constructed over two parcels: Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APNs) 4183-019-901 and 4183-020-901. The project would convert the existing 1,800 square-foot Maintenance and Operations building to the District administrative office, which would employ up to eight people. The project includes interior tenant improvements, removal of surrounding storage units, and would rebuild the existing parking lot. The project would result in a new District office and increase parking by 9 spaces. Deliveries currently made to the site would cease; future deliveries for the District would be sent directly to the respective schools.
