Document Description
The project is the modernization of the Hermosa Valley School campus. The interior of the school buildings would be renovated; the northern parking lot would be reconfigured to provide two additional parking stalls and an expanded student/passenger loading zone; and the playground areas would be slurry sealed and restriped. The project would result in the removal of four classrooms and a corresponding reduction in the school's seating capacity. A new perimeter fence would be installed to enhance campus security and safety. The project would benefit students.
