Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0270-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Peter Houser. Install a 100-foot long upper bank retaining wall, a hand built biotechnical bench, and native plantings on the lower bank. The retaining wall will be located above mean high water mark. All rubble from failed retaining wall will be removed from the creek.
