Document Description
The State Water Resources Water Board (State Water Board) as the lead agency will be issuing an amended water supply permit. The Golden State Water Company (GSWC) proposes to replace Fairhaven #2 Well which is 87 years old and has exceeded its physical life expectancy. The new well will be located on the same site and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the well it is replacing. Construction will take place entirely within existing GSWC-Fairhaven plant site.

Pursuant to the California Fish and Wildlife Code, Section 711.4(d) (1), the CDFW environmental review filing fees do not apply.
