Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0146-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Justin Ezell/City of Concord. The Project consists of periodically scheduled and implemented activities necessary to maintain the water transport capacity of streams and maintain the structural and functioning integrity of existing concrete lined channels and sediment detention structures on or affecting streams.
