Document Description
The proposed project will replace three existing roofs on buildings #24, #25, and #26 at the California school for the Deaf, located at 39350 Gallaudet Dr. Fremont, CA 94538. Roof replacements will remove existing roof systems, and install new roof systems to include composite insulation sheathing tapered ridged insulation, water proofing, metal flashing, sloped asphalt shingles system and flat, single-ply roof system. The project will also remove wood fascia, gutters and downspouts, repair and/or replace wood substrate, wood siding and trim as required in allowances.
