Document Description
Metropolitan proposes to relocate existing (above-ground) meter cabinets and air vent stacks for Service Connections WB2A and 2B, as part of the City of Lawndale "Inglewood Avenue Widening Project." The existing location of the meter cabinets and air vent stacks will obstruct the view of pedestrians crossing Manhattan Beach Boulevard for cars turning right onto Inglewood Avenue. The proposed relocation is necessary to improve public safety at the intersection of Inglewood Avenue and Manhattan Beach Boulevard. Metropolitan proposes to relocate the existing cabinets and vent stacks approximately 25 feet toward the east.
