Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alterations Agreement Number 1600-2017-0226-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Ginger Jaimes. The project is limited to grading of a single family residential parcel, as preparation for the construction of an approximately 4,370 square-foot house. Grading was performed on the property in Early 2017. CDFW issued a Notice of Violation on June 21, 2017 for failing to notify under Fish and Game Code section 1602. The project includes relocating an approximate 0.004-acre swale, consisting of 142 linear feet to accommodate the grading and development of the home.
