Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (Department) has executed Lake and streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0120-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the fish and Game Code to Jackson Rancheria development Corporation, Inc., as presented by Mr. Larry White. The project is limited to the installation of an 18-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) drainage outfall with a 0.5 cubic yard (CY) concrete headwall and a 10-foot by 18-foot by 1.5-foot riprap dissipater, excavation and compaction of compacted fill on the northern bank of Jackson Creek, installation of concrete retaining walls, and placement of approximately 4,000 square feet of rock slope protection at the base of the retaining walls as part of the construction of a 6,200 square-foot Urgent Care facility. Additionally, native willows will be planted along the creek and nine 15-gallon oaks will be included in the Urgent Care Facility landscaping plan
