The proposed project entails amendments to the county of Alameda Zoning Ordinance to allow the development of microbreweries and microbrewery related uses in the A District. Currently, the A District allows wineries and olive oil mills as permitted uses; and winery and olive mill related uses are allowed as conditional uses. However, microbreweries and microbrewery related uses are not allowed as permitted or conditional uses.
