The Rio Linda/Elverta Community Water District proposes to construct a second production well (Well 15A) at the existing Well 15 site to replace the capacities of aging and potentially incompliant wells in Rio Linda, CA. The project includes the construction of an approx 1,500-gpm production well and extended security fencing.
